Mainland launched the ‘Taste the Difference of Time’ campaign. It was about showing consumers that cheese isn’t just cheese. Aucklanders got to sample a variety of aged cheeses with each variant providing subtle differences. One of the team from Synergy commented that “No.1 Queen St was the busiest sampling location they had worked from”
Snapper Card Launches at No.1
Snapper used New Zealands premium address, No.1 Queen St, to launch the Snapper Card to the Auckland market. CEO Miki Szikszai addressed a crowd of media, transport, tourism and retail leaders. Guests also got to experience Snapper by purchasing coffees, pretzels and even a shoe shine.
Mammoth “Honesty Box”
Mammoth bought the farm gate to the city with an “Honesty Box” at No.1 Queen St. They wanted commuters to experience their new chunky yogurts and milk drinks. The promotion was a great success, with the modern take on a kiwi “Honesty Box” causing a lot of smiles.
Flight Centre at No.1
Flight Centre was down at No.1 this morning handing out 100’s of flyers to promote the Travel Expo, which is being held on Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th February at the ASB Showgrounds, Greenlane.
This is the third time flight centre has booked and used number 1 as an activation venue.
International visitors picking up ‘arrival’ magazine in record numbers
Visitors picking up arrival magazine hits more than 1800 magazine per day. Our team at the airport reported that they are having to put out a pallet a day (1800 per pallet) to keep the stands stocked. The thirst for up to date quality information continues to grow with the increasing visitor numbers.

One of Philadelphia’s Marketing Manager’s says that No.1 Queen St is one of the best locations for handing out samples of products.
The public who were passing by the cafe today were lucky enough to be given a free sample of the Philadelphia Cream for Cooking product to try.

Australia Day at No.1!
No.1 has caused a mass of Australian’s to head down to the cafe for a free beer when they prove they are from ‘Down Under’ – All in celebration of Australia Day!
